Quick lesson in NYC architecture

This month’s home page photo is a view from our roof, overlooking San Remo and the Dakota, where John Lennon lived and died.

And let me get the record straight for all fellow Europeans who might find it hard to believe — there is a lot of history to this island and great architecture all around. Not to mention that special something in the atmosphere that keeps us all here, at least for a while…until we go mad from all the chaos and the speed of life…and leave for new destinations…hmmm…perhaps another island again…and this time around — a more mellow one please :)
